Just got this update tonight. Filed May 23rd 2019 Case was transferred a couple of weeks ago to local office. I guess it will be a few months until they clear the back log of interviews and get to mine.

No not yet will apply May 18th when window opens. No red flags, lots of evidence, still happily married have no idea why they're wasting their time interviewing us. Maybe cause I Came on K1 and didn't receive an interview for AOS. Iim disappointed I thought id get approved without interview don't want to take time off work (Not worth wasting my PTO on USCIS)

Thanks for sharing.

There goes my hope that they would waive interview because of the pandemic for us folks who came on K1 and didn't have an interview for AOS. It looks like they are still following the December 2018 protocol that states if someone did not have interview for AOS they need one for ROC.

From anecdotal evidence it looks like LIN filers from May 2019 are getting approved if they had AOS interview and you're the first LIN May 2019 filer I've seen to have an interview scheduled so I guess they're going in order (for the most part) for LIN.

My guess is since May 2019 EAC filers are being approved we will also start seeing EAC filers be queued for an interview (hopefully).

I will apply in about 10 days for citizenship. Hopefully will mean just a combo interview.

some nations don’t recognise dual citizenship so definitely understand some people not doing it. For me I’m just happy to get away from uscis and filling out forms.
