No worries.  I deleted the info out.  Out of curiosity were you guys originally a K1 or CR1 when you originally filled?

All 26 respondents on the MSC spreadsheet who answered that question were CR-1 visa types........

The reason I ask is that I was a K1 filler.  However, when we received our initial Green Card we were category CR1.  I had to fill out paperwork and request a replacement card for the correct category, which took year to be reissued the correct CF1 Green Card.  Long story short, there were several of K1 fillers in 2017 that were miscategorized as CR1 by USCIS.  Some of us had or categories corrected, others did not.

On the spreadsheet, I labeled one of the columns as "Original Visa Type"......if everyone answered correctly (which I assume they did), it appears that all of us on that spreadsheet are almost certainly CR-1s...............and that could be significant.

Hello Everyone,

Another May filer here!  I will be sending my documents next week.  Below is what I gathered so far.  It would be great if some of you could look through and comment on what else can be added

- I751 filled joint ( Based on Marrying US Citizen)

-State Driver's Licenses - All with  same address (both of our's from 2017 till 2019)

-Closing documents & mortgage statements showing our house on my husband's name prior to marriage (but after we got engaged)

-Receipt of engagement ring purchase from Tiffany's in 2014

- Proof of living together prior to purchasing house in 2015 (rental closing statement in both our names and rental insurance)

-Proofs of expensive furniture purchased in my name and my husband's name separately but delivered to our home address

-Letter from my husband explaining why I am not on the mortgage or on closing (reason being my lack of credit score at that time and how it would impact interest rates)

-Receipt of local religious organization for House Warming ritual according to my religion. (at current address)

-Combined Medical Insurance Cards & 2 statements 2019 (at current address)

-Combined home Insurance 2016-2019 (at current address)

-Combined Auto Insurance 2016-2019 (at current address)

-Joint Tax filing 2016 2017 & 2018 (at current address)

-Joint Tax Return transcripts 2016 2017 2018 (at current address)

-Joint Gas Bill - 2 months from each year 2017 2018 2019 (at current address)

-Joint Water bill - last 6 months (as we added my name was only last year Nov) (at current address)

- Both of our paystubs 2 from each year 2017-2019 ( at current address)

- 2016 India trip ticket confirmation & photos of our wedding with family

-2017 India/London trip ticket confirmation & photos of our trip with family , His -India e-visa copy, London Hotel Stay receipt with both names

-2019 Fiji trip boarding passes, Hotel confirmation & receipt of payment, facebook post (screenshot)

-2019 Canada trip, Hotel confirmation in his name, Rental car in my name & facebook post (Screenshot), photo with my sister & her husband who are canadian PRs

-2019 Florida trip airlines confirmation, facebook post (screenshot)

- Airbnb receipts from 2017 & 2018 with both our names

-Facebook profile pages showing our status as married to each other and a couple other posts where we both are in it.

-2018 State Car License renewal copies showing our home address ( both of our's but separate cars)

- My passport bio copy showing his name as spouse

-T-Mobile family plan statements Aug 2018,  Jan 2019, Apr 2019  in his name &  account screenshot showing 4 lines with just first names (Us two, his mom and my sister)

-401K & Roth IRA statements & beneficiary as each other ( we just updated beneficiary today!)

- 2 Receipts of flowers sent to me by him (2018 & 2019)

- 2 receipts of massages bought by me for him (2015 and 2017)

-Receipt of Ritz Carlton Hotel booking by me and him as co-guest for our first anniversary in 2017, facebook post screenshot

What we don't have is any assets or bank accounts together!! I am an authorized user of my husband's creditcard since last year. I have attached scanned credit cards, 3 statements ( Nov'18, Feb'19, Apr'19) highlighting utility bills , our trip expenses and groceries. However, only my husband's name shows on statements since he is the card member.  Monthly credit card charges are atleast $5K since we have opened it.  However, the short period of joint credit card and lack of commingled assets worries me!

- What else can I include? Any thoughts?

- Do I need to attach marriage certificate copy?

Thanks for reading my post. Looking forward to sending the package away next week and sigh in relief!

It looks pretty inclusive to me.  Our credit cards are the same way.  I am the holder as the USC and my wife is an authorized user under me.  I also included some medical and dental bills over the past few years.  Mine looks almost identical to your documents except because I'm military I also included some military documents.  I included the application for marriage license, marriage certificate, copy of the invitation, and contract for the photographer, as well as the wedding ring GIA report, receipt, and appraisal.  Did you include any pictures?  Wedding, trips, Christmas, time with other family members, etc?  Any life insurance with the spouse as a beneficiary?  Joint Phone bill with name and numbers?

I think you'll be good to go.  Lots of good stuff.  Good luck!
