My case status has not changed after my interview. Do we have anybody with the same condition?

 

Or has anybody place a inquiry after the interview?

Not unless they think there's a need for an interview.

Case has been scheduled for an interview since July 31st. I filed around May 12.

 

Do you get an e-mail saying there has been a change of status when your interview is scheduled?

Another WAC filer here, I filed May 6th and received my biometrics appointment via mail for 12/2 as well! My online status hasn’t reflected that change however, how about for you guys?

Someone please let us know, after biometrics, what are the next steps in the process? How long it will take from here.

Did you file I-751 in May 2019? How come you had your interview already, this fast?

All field offices have their own processing times, some are fast, some take years.

I understand. But I would never expect San Jose (based on their profile) to be a fast office.

Or perhaps by interview, they meant biometrics...

It depends, when I was going through AOS the processing times for my field office said 7 months, and there were several couples who had the same field office who were interviewed within 3 months. I had to wait the full 7 months for my interview.

I went for my Biometrics on June 2nd, still waiting for my interview to be scheduled.

I had the San Jose field office for my 2-year green card application and was approved in 3 months...

Did you not interview for your I-485, since you interviewed for K-1?
