Hi Guys! I got my approval today. Here is my timeline:
MSC filler

NOA1 Received- 05/22 ( MSC)
Biometric letter received - 08/16
Bio Appointment- 08/27
Status Changed to " Fingerprint Review Completed" - 08/28
Status Changed to " Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview" - 08/29
Status Changed to " Interview was scheduled" - 08/30
Interview Date - 10/09
Approval Date - 10/09
New Card is being produced - 10/10

Here is my interview experience:

Our scheduled interview time was 9:30 AM & We got called in around 9:40 AM.
1) First he took us to the room and swear to an oath.
2) After oath, he introduced himself and explained how the interview process would work etc..
3) He asked for Passport and GC
4) He asked us for our state ID or DL. He verified the address on both IDs and asked us if we still live at the same place. We both have same addresses on our IDs ( it s better to have same address on DL or state ID)
5) After ID/Address verification, He asked us how did we meet?
6) He went through our application and asked us couple questions - Do you have any children and what is your SSN ?
7) After application review, he asked us if we want to submit any additional evidence or not. ( Of course we said yes- then gave some new evidences)
😎 At the end he took photo, sign and finger print and told us i am approving your application - your card will arrive in 2 to 3 weeks.

around 9:55, we were out of the room. The whole process took less than 15 minutes.

Officer was very nice and I would say just be relax and truthful to all your answers.

Thanks guys for all your help!

Many Congratulations!! Did you carry all the documents from the start or did you carry only additional evidences?

Congrats! I hope me and my wife get our interview waived.. I just get really nervous when it comes to interviews..plus the only new evidence I think I might have is recent bank statements and credit card statements in both our names I can’t think of any new evidence

I am very sorry to hear this and I makes me a bit nervous for our interview 😮

What did he mean by the system isn't working? So he couldn't say anything?

What were the dates you were questioned about? Like when you met ect?

Did you interview alone?

What was it that they asked you if you don’t mind telling us

Sure. I do not want anybody to go through the same situation. It is a lot of stress

  1. What breakfast did you have?
  2. What is your date of birth?
  3. What is your full name?
  4. Where do you stay & how long have you been there?
  5. When did you get married?
  6. Do you have any children?
  7. Where did you go for vacation
  8. What bank accounts do you have?
  9. Why isn't there enough transactions on this account?
  10. What is the most common bank account you use?
  11. Do you use a common credit card? We had to show the credit cards we use with our names on it for the same account.
  12. What is the car insurance you use?
  13. Any life insurance or home insurance you have?
  14. How did you meet?
  15. How long do you know each other before getting married?
  16. What made you get married so soon?

Good Luck to all who have their interviews! Please keep me in your prayers

Sorry to hear this but don't worry about it. Most likely they will approve since you are on CR1 category. keep checking your status online tomorrow.

Thanks for the support. But there is hardly any information for interviews which do not go well. I can't stop thinking what is the worst thing ahead!
