I would send "Return Transcripts"....from the IRS.  They are records of what was actually received by the IRS.

I sent full tax returns as the instructions stated. I used TurboTax so I printed the whole thing with W2 and insurance paperwork. I included the tax transcripts as well just incase.

I sent my account-prepared returns and IRS transcripts.  Transcripts are becoming the preferred method.

Do I need to order tax record transcript on IRS website to submit with I751?

If so, which type do I order?

Do I need W2s? even though our address differs?

1040s are ready to go!

I sent USCIS 3 years worth of Tax Return Transcripts (downloaded from IRS Website), 1040s, W2s, 1098-Ts, Interest Statements, and 1095-Cs. Maybe overkill but better safe than sorry.

Application received May 16 according to NOA - you can track my status on my signature and my timeline. Online status never changed - just received letter in mail.

+/- two weeks isn't bad for a point of comparison! I'm sure you'll find more too down the line.

You can also track similar timelines using search function:

https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/liftlist.php?cfl=0&op1=1&op2=d&op4=1&op5=5,9,10,11,12&op6=Vermont Service Center

But this is only helpful when people update their timelines (hint hint 😛 )

Thanks for sharing! Hopefully I will. I've been finding EAC filers in the earlier months and seems like EAC filers receive their/complete their biometrics within a month from their NOA date.

My brother wedding next month and I’m really scared  to go to his wedding I don’t want them send the bio letter while I’m in my vacation..and I have question for you please  ..does the receipt letter means that they approved my form I 751? Because  I sent the application before the 90 days window finish in 3 days and they picked it up may 6th Monday  .my ((GC expiration date is may 5th and it fill in Sunday)) , I want to be sure if I’m fine or I filled late? I received the receipt letter and it’s including 18 months extension.....my form i 751 was in the P.O. Box before the expiration date but it was weekend so they signed for it and received it Monday.

Calm down..... you have asked far too many conflicting and confusing questions.  It sounds like you received your Form I-797, Notice of Action (NOA1), Form I-751 Receipt Notice. If so, the USCIS has received your I-751 ROC petition, and has put in in the pile with the others waiting to be processed. It does not mean that your ROC petition has been approved.....you only wish....  Do not lose this Receipt Notice, it is your 18-month extension on your Green Card. I would suggest that you make several copies of it for your records.

Now you can sit back and relax, :time:It is currently vacant. It helps everyone that uses the forum. If current processing rates continue, your petition may be processed in a year or so.

BTW, you should have likely filed your initial posting in the correct month, the I-751 June 2019 Filing group..... Get acquainted with those similarly situated as yourself.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

How can I know if I filed late? Does I 797 and the 18 months extension means my application will not be denied for late filling?
