Registered Nurse- Retired- I practiced in the areas of Labor & Delivery, Home Health, Adolescent Psych, & Adult Psych.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

USCIS doesn't need the biometrics until they actually pick up the application and starts working on your case, so many people are not asked to do biometrics until a year after filing. 

 

And yes, there's a possibility of not having to do them at all this time around.

I think that is the $64,000 question....at least for us MSC filers......my wife's case status is "...Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview".....so I'm pretty sure we will get one....😥

Hopefully those of you who get interviews will be processed faster than the rest of us. An interview can be "a blessing" in that regard, depending on how quick your local field office is.

Lol. Only $64,000?? 😛 Well on the bright side you'll be done with this wait soon.. Good Luck with the Interview brother!!

 

Also, is there a LIN filers spreadsheet out there? I know there is one for MSC but not sure if there is one for LIN. Thank you.
