HI everyone, i sent my packet last week and was delivered on 5/30/2019. I used fedex and i got a proof of delivery with it too. However, when i looked at the proof of delivery it stated the delivery address as 2501 S State Highway Lewisville TX 75067 (Mailroom) and was signed for. It didn't include suite 400 or 121 Business. Should i reprint everything again and send it?

Hi Guys!

I have finally made an account after looking this thread for a while.

My Conditional CG expires on June 12/2019, and well & I filed last week (I know, my bad, but I had some tax issues going on) and
I am getting a bit nervous about this.

So far my timeline goes as:

May 23/2019 at night: Package sent

May 28/2019: Package Received

I sent a cashier check, and so far, I have not checked if it was already cashed ( I will check tomorrow with my bank). Still waiting for their email/text confirmation. I'll be updating my timeline as it develops.

Thanks and good luck to everyone!

Thank you very much for caring about my case . The thing is I sent the package USPS priority mail, not express so I only have the tracking number and it shows as Delivered , there is no name of the person who signed for it as it is only priority mail. that is also my mistake as well, I should have sent it Express with signature required :(

I keep an eye on my bank account everyday but the check is not cashed either.

Right now all I can do is waiting and I will give them a call next week.

Thank you again for all your concerns and advice. I do appreciate it . I will sure keep you guys updates if I have any news

Still no word??

For most other applicants that seemed to be the case, yes. But for those who arrived on a CR-1 spousal visa it seems like the majority end up with NBC and get the "ready to be schedule for an interview" status pretty early on now. I have yet to see anybody who got that status and wasn't interviewed.

I have seen this same thing. My husband's status was a CR-6 and we got a LIN receipt number.

To the Arizona Lockbox as well. There was a holiday weekend in the middle so I guess that may be a reason for delay. I will call my bank to check if the cashier check has been cashed and I will go from there.

Not an option for ROC. You'll be able to file the N-400 online though, if you plan on becoming a citizen.
