Where did you mail it?

My package was delivered to Arizona on 5/20 and we will be getting our NOA1 today in the mail. Our credit card was processed on 5/23.

They received mine in Arizona on Thursday Im assuming I will get the text today or tomorrow and receive the extension letter this week if it goes at the same speed as your case. What time did you get the text at?

Thanks for that. Oh I've been watching my credit card all day today 😉 Hopefully someone opens my package soon.

You're welcome! I was the same way. I care more about the extension letter than anything right now because we have a huge trip after my husband's green card expires.

We are traveling next week and my card expires in August so not worried about that trip. Its more for the driving license I filled early for. The DL expires the same day as my green card.

Oh good! Haha I cared more about vacation than his DL I suppose since I never even thought about being worried about that.

Sorry to hear that!!

Do you recall where  you forgot to sign? There’s only one signature required right? One by Petitioner and one by petitioner’s spouse.

I’m shipping my package tomorrow. Just wanna be sure I’m not overlooking something.

Yes it was the signature for the petitioner in the end of the application. We filled it out twice as first time we made mistakes and second time overlooked the signature as I (the spouse) have gotten most of the paperwork together and missed that part the second time.. hope everything is ok for you :)

Oh so sorry to hear that. Did they text and let you know the problem with the package and sent it back to you? I hope all will be ok for you.

I wish I knew something about my package, it was delivered on 05/11 and until now I did not hear anything about it. I am not sure if mine had problems or not ...

Thank you. No they didn't send any text even though we filled out the form for updates. They only sent back the package, without any other notice, but i figured something was wrong since we hadn't gotten charged the fee.. and your situation sounds similar to mine with no notification- have you tried calling for an update to see what the hold up is and was your check deposited yet? Hopefully you have better luck than me!

I have no idea what is wrong with my package because I called them 3 times and they said there was nothing in the system, I had to call after 30 days to  check if there was no notification from them. They did not even cash my check either. I thought we signed everything but right now honestly I am not sure what is wrong with it. They have not sent the package back to me so I am still waiting in worries :(

NOA1 text received yesterday!!!

Originally our package was returned due to early filing.

CG expires 8/15/19, package was sent before the 90 day window open.

04/24/19 Package shipped to Arizona

04/26/19 Package Delievered to AZ

5/20/19 Package returned & mailed back (rejected for early filing)

Everything was scanned and taken apart in two packages and sent back to me with receipt # starting with EAC. I was able to track this case on the new website.

After sending it again after 90 day window opened, we were assigned a new receipt # starting with WAC. This receipt number was NOT trackable on the new website. The new website instructed me to use old website to track my new receipt number.
