Do you recall where  you forgot to sign? There’s only one signature required right? One by Petitioner and one by petitioner’s spouse. 

 

I’m shipping my package tomorrow. Just wanna be sure I’m not overlooking something.

Oh so sorry to hear that. Did they text and let you know the problem with the package and sent it back to you? I hope all will be ok for you.

I wish I knew something about my package, it was delivered on 05/11 and until now I did not hear anything about it. I am not sure if mine had problems or not ...

Don't worry Alpha116. Looks like Tx folks are getting slower responses in general. You are still within the 1-3 weeks window. You will hear soon..

Can I ask a silly question... does anyone know how to search *only within* this thread (May 2019 filers thread)? When I use the search box in the top right it gives me results from every thread on Visa Journey 😫 thank you!

May 31, 2019: [Day 6] NOA1 received (18 mo extension) & check cashed

June 09, 2019: [Day 15]  Biometrics Waived Letter Received, service center "NBC", text reading "This notice informs you that USCIS is able to reuse your previously captured fingerprints and other biometrics. USCIS will run the same security checks and use your biometric data as in the past, however, it is not necessary for you to appear at a USCIS Application Support Center (ASC) for biometrics appointment."

Sept 13, 2019:  Notice that I-751 was transferred to another office "That office now has jurisdiction over your case" 

Apr 7, 2020:  Notice that I-751 was transferred to another office "That office now has jurisdiction over your case" 

Mar 5, 2021:  Interview scheduled for April 16, 2021.

Apr 16, 2021:  Interview in Portland, OR. Refused entry to USCIS office due to have traveled abroad in the past 10 days. No interview. However, a few hours after refusal, received notice of approval and card produced!  

Apr 20, 2021:  Card mailed! "On April 20, 2021, we mailed your new card for your Form I751, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE"

 My wife received her extension letter exactly one week after USCIS received the package at the Dallas PO Box.....in April.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

I still think 1-3 weeks is the normal response time.

My package was delivered to Arizona on 5/20 and we will be getting our NOA1 today in the mail. Our credit card was processed on 5/23.
