Got a text message that my application was accepted. Very surprised to see our receipt number as LIN with the new interview rule.

When they changed the filing location they stated that the four service centers will be the adjudicating offices!

I knew those 4 offices were processing but with the new rule about interviews for CR1/CR6 green cards, it seems a lot of fillers have been being sent to Missouri and getting notified their case is ready to be scheduled for an interview.

I am not sure if the interview rule is specific to a category. I think It is considered for all I-751 applications where the officer can exercise judgement if they want to waive the interview, it also doesn’t name a specific service center. If you want to read the memorandum

https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/USCIS/Laws/Memoranda/2018/2018-11-30-PM-602-0168-revised-interview-waiver-guidance-for-form-I-751.pdf

There have also been a lot of workload transfers between the service centers.

I was just speaking to trends that have been noticed with 2019 fillers. Many are already updated with case ready to be scheduled for an interview.

I saw those too. However, I won’t hold my breath over these trends. One thing I learned after over 11 years of living here and some years of dealing with USCIS is that they can always surprise you 😂. I hope more people would report what their status is changing to.

Howdy y'all. It's once again that time for frustration with the USCIS's nebulous and mysterious ways!

We have sent our package out over the weekend with an anticipated arrival date of Tuesday, May 27th, 2019. We've been reading about some of the challenges the USCIS is having even getting receipts to the customers and, I have to admit, that is very discouraging. However, I've read an article that states that one may enter eligibility for application for naturalization and perhaps, due to these increased waiting times for removal of conditions, an applicant may be naturalized before ever receiving a ten year green card. That takes away some of the discouragement!

Anyways, good luck to everyone and I wish no RFEs or interviews for everyone.
