Still waiting here as well. Its been 1016 days since we filed for ROC. Nothing else to do but wait and wait and wait.

We are still waiting. Its been 1014 since we filed. No end in site. Will need to make an infopass appointment to get a second I-551 stamp in the next few weeks before the other one expires.

After 1036 days last week I got email for my interview for next week ...I already did my citizenship interview and that was 122 days pass so I'll see if the will just let me do oath same day ..its been soo rough only thing I think of

Congratulations! We are working on 348 days since N-400 filled and still no ROC interview. Just Case Transferred and a New Office Has Jurisdiction.

Jacksonville, FL. Yes we had an RFE at the 18 month mark. Resubmitted everything and its been 398 days since then and another 338 days since our case was transferred to our local office. Haven't heard anything since.

Did you try to file the Foia to get your your A file ..try doing that I've seen alot of ppl got interview when they got it did you call your senator I did not sure if it helped

We contacted our Senator, but nothing came about from that. Tell me more about a FOIA request?

Originally it was Newark, but then I moved to Dallas last year. I didn't get any RFE. It's been in "ready to be scheduled for interview" status since November 2019. My N-400 is 10 days away from being outside normal processing time. Hoping my representative or Senator might be able to help me then

Checkout the N400 may 2020 forum thread for detailed information. In short it's basically for people whose cases are stuck because of their A files being stored in caves and not being accessible due to pandemic. Submitting a FOIA request forces them to retrieve the file. And as a result a lot of people got their interviews scheduled after requesting their A file.

N-400 mostly. Though I'm sure there must be some in similar situation to us(I-751 and N-400 pending) who got their interview after submitting a FOIA request. Remember to request your entire A-file when you submit the request.

I did submit a FOIA and no it didn't help move my case. However, the documents I received from my FOIA request do show status of my N400 saying something along the lines that application cannot be adjudicated pending I-751. As a result I've come to terms that it's gonna take a while for my case to move. I've stopped checking my USCIS account everyday hoping a miracle happens and my interview notice is there.
