Our last update was May 2021. Wow, no updates for over a year? Seems like they were fast to get you to a new jurisdiction, but slow afterwards. Our case sat at Vermont and Potomac for forever, then finally were moved to a new jurisdiction, but afterwards just sitting stagnate like you.

Well, I've avoided posting here since it just depresses me that there has been no activity on my application...

Anyone else still waiting? :(

May 2019 - Applied for I-751
Feb 2020 - Got a notice that my case was being transferred to Potomac

May 2020 - Applied for N-400 citizenship

Dec 2020 - I initiated adding an I-1551 stamp because my letter was expiring in Jan 2021

May 2021 - Contacted my congressperson to ask for help

Jun 2021 - Received an update from my congressperson that my case is still pending

And now OCT 2021 --- still no updates :(

My I-1551 stamp is expiring in DEC 2021 :( I guess I need to apply for an InfoPass appointment again...

Luckily, it hasn't affected my travel outside the US much. It's still quite a pain in the butt showing my expired greencard in other situations though :(

Can someone travel with an infopass stamp on your passport abroad.?

Yes, and this was even after getting help from our congressman exactly 2 years (May 2021) after we first applied. Wishing us both better luck in the next few weeks/months...🙏

Yes, I've been out of the country twice with the infopass stamp and had no issues. Just that the ground attendants (when checking us in for our flight) see my expired green card and then ask again, so I just show the stamp.

Hi all! 461 days since my last update here… Do any of you guys have an experience to share with scheduling an InfoPass appointment for the I-551 stamp recently?
I called 60 days prior to expiration of my stamp, was put in the queue and told I’d get a call back within 30 days. I missed the call while at work and it now seems like I was but back in the queue and will have to wait another 30 days for a call…

My I-551 expires on 12/2, I am not hopeful that this will be resolved by then but I have to leave the country.

Just wanted to see if anyone had a positive experience or issues with the same thing 😊

best of luck to you all still waiting like I am !

Call them back and tell them you have a letter from your employer that you will lose your job if you don’t update. They don’t even ask for the proof of that letter. They will call within 3 business days to schedule your appointment. They usually call back once if u missed the call. I saved the number … i would do that if I were you too.

A quick update for us... I just scheduled an Infopass appointment for my I-551. Their scheduling system is weird and somewhat inconvenient as people could easily miss the USCIS call. Also, they only give you a limited amount of days to choose from. They can't schedule more than 2 weeks in advance...Oh well BUT anyway, I got the appointment set.

Then, the very next day, I got a notice that my N-400 interview just got scheduled for Dec. HALLELUJAH 🙏🙏🙏

I'll give more details later, and will be happy to answer questions later when I have time. But just overjoyed and relieved right now.
