Just out here celebrating 😩😤 😴 over one year of my case being "ready to be scheduled for an interview" after my interview got canceled back on Aug, 5th 2020. 

Anyone in the same boat?

Hello visajourney friends, I would like to share that USCIS website says my interview has been scheduled on August 10. I’m in LA, filed i-751 in May 24, 2019. I hope this info helps the applicants who reside in LA and applied for it around the same time as me. I’m still waiting for  a letter for details. Have a good day!

This is an update from my previous post above yesterday. I called USCIS today to find out my interview date. Without having to wait for a letter to arrive, you can actually check it by calling them. It was scheduled for September 20. For your reference, I live in LA, applied for i-751 in May 24, 2019. It’s that time again: preparing all the documents to bring. I’ll leave a review on how the interview went in September. Have a good day!

Divorxe waiver filed may 2019 bio october 2019

Interview april 2021 held at local miami feild offkce Interview was short and mainly going over bio

 

Sinxe then 5 months no decision made inquiry said file is under extended review 

 

Does any one knows what it means

I also filed n400 august 2022 and now file is at nbc 

 

Would that delay i751 even further

Should i withdraw my n400 ?

You haven't filled out your timeline. When did you file the N-400? 2022 hasn't even been yet. Did you file the N-400 before you had been a greencard holder for 5 years?

2017 filed i751 based on marridge 

In may 2019 filed divorce waiver And requested to void the older file

October 2019 bio taken

april 2021 interview

august 2021 filed n400 based on 5 years

Ah, so then there's no need to withdraw the N-400, you filed correctly based on 5 years and withdrawing it won't help your case in any way. It's unfortunately just a waiting game at this point, not much you can do other than sending messages via your online account and asking what's going on.

Yeah i feel inquries are pointless and lead no were 

Senator and my inquiry resulted in the same answer but the recent one they said the fike is at nbc and they dont have anything to add 

 

Just crqzy i am in the process for 7 years now...

Finally, today I received a notification that my interview was scheduled.  No date is on the email or text notification nor is it online.  Will just have to wait to get the mail in hand, or perhaps I can call the center. I will keep you posted.

Congratulations! Hopefully, its soon. We are still waiting 😰
