I think I have accepted that I won’t hear anything until April next year… but comforted I will go ahead and file citizenship in March next year

well, texas is approving recent filers within 4 months. Something is seriously wrong at that center if you filed in 5/2019 and are still waiting.

Are you still on Texas service center or have you been transferred? Texas service center is pretty fast, if your case is still pending it could be because of background checks or because it’s been routed to a local office for interview, if that is the case, then it depends on how busy your local office is. Normally they transfer the case to NBC and they send it to a local office.

I believe my wife’s case is still at Texas service Center. Her 18 months extension expired and we had to call USCIS to schedule for an info pass. They ended up giving her another year of extension. 
 

it’s crazy of how long it’s taking. We sent inquiry twice now and both times are saying how busy they are and still working on the case.

my wife’s 18 month green card extension expired and they gave her another year extension stamp in her passport. They said all we can do now is wait. 
 

we called and we sent two inquiries through USCIS website and they pretty much said they are still working on the case.

Did you contact your US House representative? It seems like that is the next step, since your case is so far out of normal processing times. And you should note that when reaching out to them.

I would reach out to your US Senator or Congressperson. I would also mention that the current processing time for the Texas Service Center is 4.5 to 6.5 months. And the case inquiry receipt date is 12/14/2020. I mean, they're approving people who JUST filed (and good for them) but they clearly have people waiting since 2019.

Thanks for your advice but how do I do that? How do I find info on my US house representative?  
 

I am going to call the USCIS again next week to see what they have to say.

2019 August Interview is ready to be scheduled

Been following this page from I start my i751 in 2018 finally I got  approve everyone from 2018 with EAC19900 CASE NUMBER just have faith  did my interview and the 12 got approve the same day hot home check the update card send out n the 14 of July just waiting for it in the mail box nw best of lucky to everyone else who is waiting for there interview

But did you say you started yours in 2018? When in 2018? I am May 2019 and mine is at the local office in Atl Ga also I am EAC1900***
