Nong b have you extensively and thoroughly researched here on VJ for to finds the answers to your questions.  I suggest you peruse the VJ I-751 'Removal of Conditions on Residency' forum.  If you do not find the information you are looking for, you can post a general inquiry question in that forum.

I placed an infopass appointment request on January 19 and finally received a call today, February 3. It took 11 business days. I am assigned to LA office. I missed my first call and the agent left a voice message saying that she would call back within an hour. She called me again less an hour and helped me with the appointment. I hope this info helps!

A little update! 🎉They scheduled my N400 interview and I am assuming it will be a combo interview with my pending i-751.

The interview notice I got doesn't say anything about the i-751 and it specifically says that you're not allowed to have anybody else there besides lawyers, but I will still have my husband come with me since he would have to be present for the i-751 interview. 

Don't lose hope guys!

443 days and still counting for my wife’s case at SRC...

 

what exactly did you do when your 18 months extension expired? Did you call and speak to someone from the USCIS and they get you schedule for infopass at your local office?

Good morning Italy-USA. USCIS normal operating protocol is that you will usually receive a 2nd follow-up notification from your FSO advising you that they will schedule a combination interview of your I-751 at the time/date of your N-400 interview.  Fron what we've been able to research that usually is the norm.

You call usciS and say schedule an infopass they will set up for an officer to call you within 7 business days and they will schedule that appointment. The temp I-551 is for one year.
