Finally got an infopass appointment on the 4th try. At least I can renew my driver license now and be able to commute to work.

This wait is killing me. I've been waiting to get scheduled for an interview since November 2019. Finally I am writing to my State reps and senators and see if they can help speed up things.

I’ve been waiting since May 2020 after our case was changed to “Case is Ready to be scheduled for an interview”. 18 month extension expires next month. I called in last week and was told to wait 7 business days for an officer to call me. Waiting again. Sigh

Service Request ending in TSC just got assigned to an officer. Let's see how quickly this plays out.

A couple of observations: 1. We were told the case was at NBC which doesn't appear to be the case if the suffix says anything about case location, 2. a request for the n400 ended in the city we were previously living which leads me to believe that the officer was correct in that it wasn't going to be a combo interview.

 

Hopefully these anecdotes are incorrect and things move along. I still cannot believe Texas' range is 5 months to 18.5 months, it's a slap in the face to the petitioners!

Fingers crossed for you that you can get some sort of positive update.

I'm totally lost on what to do, as I can't even put in an "outside of processing time" request (because it insists that it isn't). Now with being pregnant I'm nervous about interviews and having to go into the field office, as I'm already high risk and have been told to avoid going out as much as possible to try and limit exposure to others until vaccinations become readily available. No updates on my N-400 aside from Portland processing times are at 12-15 months now. And nothing on my RoC since it was transferred to NBC in October. Gaaaaaaaaaaaah.

Good luck, this is really a trying experience for petitioners and their famillies! Have you tried to chat with EMMA and put in a service request there?

I have not, so I’ll have to give that a go. Funnily enough I got today’s USPS email with what mail I’ll be receiving and it looks like there’s a letter from USCIS - absolutely no updates on case status on both the new and old website so I have no idea what it could be for.
