Hey Guys,

I am Charlotte filer! Will be sending my package this week to AZ. Is it better to file to PO box or to regular address? I always thought FedEX was more reliable. Any thoughts?

USPS Priority mail to a PO Box is reliable....at least it was for me..

I filed to Dallas TX. I used USPS Express 1 day. I think they both reliable. It's up to your preference.

Just as a side note:  A FedEx employee stole an $800 cell phone from me a few months ago at a FedEx hub.......I'm not kidding......they arrested 4 employees.

Just filled today. Boy it feels good to be done with that for another year.

Didn't bother sending sworn affidavits with my petition. Anyone else feel like these are a waste?

Yes I signed everything and sent the package to the correct address. It was delivered on May 11th. But I have no idea why until now there is nothing from USCIS telling me that whether they got the package or not

I bet you will see something in the next day or so.  Remember the 11th was a Saturday.  So my guess is they didn't start looking at anything until the 14th because they had to process all of the weekend deliveries.  Mine took a total of 8 days to get the NOA from delivery to the NOA in my mailbox.  Per my calculation,  you're still right on schedule.  Keep us posted.

I didn't send any affidavits.  I felt they were too much trouble for the very little weight they carry.......compared to the quality evidence I provided.

Just got back from vacation yesterday.

Got a text notif (no email notif though?) that my case was received May 14th with a WAC receipt #, got the extension letter in the mail delivered on Friday May 17th (had to check my usps informed delivery for when it came in).
Would love to know if there are any notable things to know about the CSC since that's where my receipt # leads.
Next thing to wait on is the biometrics appt letter now!
