Still waiting as well.

I have a weird case history:

Filed in May 2019

3/31/20: case transferred from NBC to local office

4/8/20: case is ready to be scheduled for interview

8/20/20: case is transferred back to NBC

Nothing since then

In September I applied for N-400 so now they are both pending.

Wow that’s interesting indeed! 🧐 oh the mysteries of case transfers !

Anyone ever had this message?

"Your case status is unavailable at the time. We are working to get accurate information as soon as possible."

Got this for my 751. N-400 shows the same message since I applied.

Thanks

Yeah, there's a thread up about it. Seems to be a common error right now and is not limited to just i751 though N400 appears to be unaffected. I checked the old website and it has no update on the i751.

Because I saw your message, I went to check my case status which showed the same error message.

But 5 mins later I was able to see my status and history, only to find out that an interview had been cancelled in August.... even though I was never notified that it was scheduled in the first place. Very odd. Trying to stay patient.

I went and checked since you said it was fixed. Interestingly enough the status did change to reflect the status on the old website. Before, the status just read case received and now it has the correct case history and status.

Sorry to hear your interview got cancelled.

how was your interview? did they give u hard time or it was simple and easy process? what questions they ask?

It was nerve racking for me only because I have social anxiety. My husband on the other hand was extremely calm and relaxed. The officer at first was intimidating. we didnt have a lease or mortgage contract, because we still live with my parents. the officer was so focused on that he kept saying that we didnt have any proof of joint occupancy altho we had everything else checking and savings credit cards pictures affidavits. so then he told us that we needed to be interviewed separately because of the lack of joint occupancy evidence.

first was my husband some of the qs were

what restaurant did you last go to with your wife

where do you park your car

which side of the bed do you sleep on

where was your last trip together

what major events did you celebrate together

how much do you make

and a few more that I dont remember

My husband told me that the officer became so much more intimidating during his one on one interview. so when his turn ended he told the officer about my anxiety and asked him if he could take it easy on me lmao which the officer did. The officer's energy did a 180, he was so much kinder with me. he then asked me the same questions, and I got them all matched with my husband. Then he called my husband back and congratulated us on our approval. Asked us to wait for approval mail within 30 days. the end

I think as long as your marriage is genuine then the officer will sense this.
