Any rational for WAC not getting an interview but those at MSC do?

MSC (nowadays known as NBC) is the service center that prepares i-751 cases for interviews. So if your case is sent to MSC instead of one of the other service centers (they don't prepare cases for interviews), then you're very likely to getting an interview.

In rare cases maybe MSC takes over cases from other service centers for workload reasons. But I honestly don't think so. I think they get sent to other service centers in case of heavy workload, not NBC.

hey there,

My processing center is WAC. I had my biometrics in December 2019.

I remember a couple of us were on a similar timeline- May file > Nov/Dec biometrics.

Anyone from WAC hear of anything since?

Likely not as it hasn't even been a year yet. CSC is the slowest service center right now, let's hope that changes quickly.

What would be the possible timeline for May 2019 filers? Can we except to get the 10 years GC sometime in April-May 2020??

Depends on your service center and if you need an interview or not.

Those of us who ended up at CSC shouldn't expect anything until at least 1,5 year after filing. We should be happy if it happens faster than that.

I am also WAC filer, I see some momentum in April 2019 filers, so hoping we have start hearing good news atleast my end of March-April.

Received two more notifications since yesterday. Below are all notifications.

It looks like we're both Vermont filers, adjusted from K1 and had AOS approved within 6 months without an interview. Wonder if that's a coincidence? Interesting to see how this plays out!

May - submitted

June - biometrics

Feb 2020 - update re: transfer

Same here! Approved within 6 months and no interview. Now case is being transferred. Maybe they specifically picked such cases to send to Potomac. 🤷‍♀️

Looks like they're swamped with workload. Thus, all the transfers. Hopefully you and all of us get news soon!
