Divorce certification

Hello Guys,

 

I was married to Ukriainian and we got divorce as i remember in 2014 and i had my interview today for my GC and they asked for divorce ceritficate from Ukraine which i dont have it.  also i have the court order, should i take it to Ukraine consulate and translate and will be enough for the USCIS or what i have to do i contact a laywer in Ukraine and he said all stuff is close now and no obtain of any documents.

Look at and print out the part on divorce from link I sent you for Ukraine Visa Reciprocity, it states clearly that court order is acceptable for divorces after 2010. So just translate the court

 

Alternate Documents: Court decree about the marriage termination if it came into effect after July 27, 2010

Exceptions:  None

Comments: Marriage is considered legally terminated in all cases when the applicant produces a divorce certificate and in cases when the applicant produces a court decree which came into effect on or after July 27, 2010, in lieu of the divorce certificate.

can you check attached documets? its the court order, is it enough to send to USCIS? or need to stamp it from ukrainian embassy here in USA?
