I think it is best to figure out why the petition was sent back.  Marriage does not cure all K1 issues.

Okay I understand but I’m  100 % sure she not in for the green card we been dating 4 years . I wish they could at least gave us an explanation.

Usually, it is because one or both were not eligible to marry, the officer has doubts about the relationship, or the petitioner failed to disclose an arrest.

i am still waiting for explanation of a 2009 K1 denial

don't hold your breath

ur explanation came from your fiancee "she was asked questions about u and couldn't answer them"  she has to prove she knows every little and big thing about u to pass an interview or the CO assumes the relationship is "not real"  as it is not an established relationship

u need to talk about everything (family,   school,  weather,   friends,    color of bathroom tissue if the CO chooses to ask and yeah it was asked once when the bene said "my fiancee even has a phone in the bathroom to talk to me " so the CO asked )

spend time together to get thru this

find out if the former husband cancelled a petition for her (all you need is the Case # to check CEAC to see if is was cancelled or denied or AP and she should know the #

if you don't spend quality time together any petition u apply for will be denied

They won't.

Hello

i had my state senator make an inquiry to the embassy about the k1 visa . according to an email we received back from the embassy , our case was denied because my fiancée failed to submit strong evidence to support our relationship. In that case what is our best to take should we refile another k1 or cr1 ? Thank you

marriage and filing CR1 for spouse is always stronger case when u spend quality time together and not just a short 10 day or 2 week vacation

but u need to know the ex cancelled the other petition
