Hello

my fiancée went to tè interview at the embassy in Haiti , they gave her a white slip and also telling to call uscis for the next step.

what does the white slip mean ? In that is there anything we can do ?
Why woul the consular told to call uscis without an explanation?
Is that a denials for her case ?

Sounds like the petition is being returned to USCIS for revocation.  If so, it will expire at USCIS.  Yes, it sounds like a denial.    What happened at the interview?

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

She told me they asked couple questions about me, but 2 0f questions she couldn’t answer. They asked about the university that I went too and how long have been at my current job . She couldn’t answered those questions. One thing is that she was married before and have a petition done by ex husband. He never cancel the petition. I felt like consular might think she is just using me for immigration status. In that what is the best step for us ? Reapply for k1 or just marry do cr1

thank you

Best step is for you to spend more time together in person to show that your relationship is genuine. Marrying and doing cr1 would be a much better option out of two but just marrying won’t solve your problems. You still need to spend a lot of time together physically

A legal divorce terminates an I-130.    Did they legally divorce?

221 g white slip can mean 1 of 2 things

sometimes used to ask for additional documents and / or going thru extra document checks

or in your case it means case is returned to the US visa is denied

A visa refusal under section 221(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) means the applicant did not establish eligibility for a visa to the satisfaction of the consular officer, as is required under U.S. law, specifically section 291 of the INA. When an applicant is refused under 221(g), it means the consular officer determined that the applicant was not eligible for a visa after completing and executing the visa application and any required interview.

your fiancee did not show she knew u well enough to come to US and marry

and even if divorced , someone else has applied for her / do u have a confirmation that the other petition is cancelled by former husband?

the former husband actually has to cancel his petition unless it ,  too  was denied      Was it denied and sent back to the USCIS also?

if u intent to remain in this relationship,  u not only need more time together but more info on the former petition

and i would not rush to marry till the 2 of u know every little and big thing about each other as a CO can ask anything in  the interview

From what I know ex husband never cancelled the petition. Ex husband case was still at the uscis stage . Am I going to receive a letter from uscis explaining the reason for denied visa ? Cause the Al consular only told us to call uscis

that ship has sailed

the packet was probably already in route to the US

it will just die out

and if she could have another interview,  the CO would  ask tougher questions like "when did your parents marry?,  when did u graduate?  what was your degree?"    at this point they would question her extensively to show she doesn't have knowledge of you and your life as CO has suspension that the relationship is not real

applicant was not eligible for a visa after completing and executing the visa application and any required interview.

Don't u want to know if she is in this for u and not a green card

we read on here so many times that a divorce is pending because the USC finds out info to confirm he/she was duped by the immigrant

Spend time with her / get to know her

don't rush into marriage when a CO says denied /  they know things about the background of bene better than u do

Nope.  That is a drawback of a K1.  No appeals once it leaves the consulate.
