Hi,

Someone please help me for my case:

I am a employee at FL.

Mar 15, 2005 married with my husband (us citizen)

May 2005 applied for GC

Jan 18, 2006 – I received 10 years GC, no interview, but my kid: condition GC

My questions:

1. My GC is the true 10 years or mistake?

2. I need to file the I-751 or not?

3. When my Kid files the I-751 to remove condition for her residence? Where to mail the file and to pay how

much money?

4. What documents are needed to attach with I-751?

Please give me the instructions, I really appreciate for your help.

Thank you!

AS you had been married for less than 2 years at the time of your interview you should be filining to remove conditions at the same time as your child.... you should have got a 2 year Greencard not a 10 year greencard.... I would file the correct forms at the time you should have if you had been given a 2 year card.... or make an infopass appointment and ask then to check your status... but please dont ignore it or you may find your LPR staus is revoked...

There were reports this winter of several members here getting 10 year cards when they should have received a 2 year. The card is incorrect - as Kezzie said make an Infopass appointment and get it taken care of.

You can ask your other questions about your child's card when you are at the appointment.
