"No Status" from CEAC???

I was applying using our case number and we were stuck in NVC for quite a while.

They assigned us an Application ID, and now that works with the CEAC link, and the case number doesn't.

I'm trying to figure out what's going on. CEAC just says "No Status" and redirects to the Philippine consulate home page, where it says they're working on clearing the visa backlog, and asks people to wait.

Is anyone else in "No Status?" I feel like this is weird, it's making me nervous.

What exactly are you trying to do on CEAC?  Your previous posts indicate that your case is K1.  K1 visa applicants do not need to do anything on CEAC other than check case status using their MNL number.  Everything else is done via the USTravelDocs portal.  Do you mean that your MNL number does not work anymore when checking your CEAC case status?

You know what? I've been a bit foolish here. The ceac status checker confused me for a second. The MNL number still works, I just had to select the "Immigrant Visa" dropdown instead of "nonimmigrant!" Silly me!

As always, thanks eternally for your help.

I got an email saying we will be provided an interview date by the consulate shortly!

USEM will not provide an interview date for your case.  K1 applicants schedule their interview appointment themselves via the online scheduling portal.

Yikes, is there an online scheduling portal!? Where's that? I searched around on the Philippine Consulate web site, but it just redirects back to USCIS!

Thanks again!

It's the USTravelDocs portal.  Check the thread below for details on the next steps after a K1 case is transferred to USEM --
