I will wait to see if Uscis going to send me a denied email. If so, then I just have to wait for the normal processing time that right now is 12 to 16 months. I want to work but is cane a difficult with having a baby and not have money for babysitting. I will continue pray for a miracle.

I'm so sorry. Did you respond to their RFE? It seems that they were wanting to at least give you a chance. I don't have children but I think that there is a program where you pay what you can for day care. You can still try to expedite, but maybe you have to support your claims better.

They don’t ask me for anything but they don’t tell me that my expedite is denied yet. I don’t have more choise than wait. I apply already for a program but is take up to a month but still not be a month yet.

Ohhh. When I first filled for expedite last year after 30 pass I call and they told me that they send me an email that I never respond but this was false because I never got that email. They told me then that this expedite were close. But these one of the April 5 2022 is the fourth one that I make

And what were the reasons they gave you for the denials?

Without a change in circumstances (new reason for expediting), they will not suddenly approve it after three denials.

Cant your spouse send money to help you and the baby?

I-130 PD May 14, 2021 @ Vermont Service Center

I-129f PD June 8, 2021 @ Vermont service Center too.

I have been made 3 previous expedites for my I130, the fist one I never got an answer but like a month later I call USCIS and they told me that it was closed because I never respond. Second and third expedite were denied. For my I-129f I already did 2 outside processing times (you can do a second one after 30 days of the submission for the first one) they keeep telling me that my case (i129f is under going an extensive background checks).

On April 5 I made another expedite through a live agent and today I got the next response today. My question is, it is that a denial? Or I can consider that they will going to review my expedite and ask me for proofs? Please give any advise. The answers for my previews expedites were saying that expedite is denied but this one doesn’t said that.

Did you file for expedite based on financial hardship? Or did you submit a request for the case outside of normal processing times?

The latter will result in denial since your case is within normal processing times.

I file the expedite in basis as hardship but I don’t understand why they answer me that about outside processing times.

He send me some money but is not a lot because salary in Dominican Republic is very very cheap. He is a industrial mechanic and his gross in a month is less than 650 dólars monthly. Back in DR he got 2 children and he pay Childsupport for them.

Are both of your children his?

If not are you able to ask the father of your first born to increase child support/ step up with child care?

Hopefully when you start college you'll be able to access daycare there.

Maybe have another talk with your father. I am sure he does not want his grandchildren to suffer...
