Hello,

We are translating my husbands birth certificate/record.  It has many dates on it including his birthday, parents bday, siblings bday, the date when he lived at his last address, the date it was made, the valid dates, etc.  All of the dates are formatted like this 01.03.2021 - so DD.MM.YYYY.  When we translate it should we do MM/DD/YYYY (change the . to / and rearrange to US standards)?  Or keep it as is (DD.MM.YYYY)?  Or change it to Mar 01, 2021 to make it super clear?

Some of the dates it is obvious which is the month and day, others are not so clear.

Thanks!
