There is something to be said about everyone contacting their representatives individually, but it will almost certainly not lead to any change. USCIS has already announced they are planning to get I-129F down to 6 months by Q4 2023; that may seem like a long time, but considering the petition already takes 12+ months, that's actually an ambitious goal as it stands. It will take time to achieve that, and I simply don't think there's enough resources right now to actually notably speed up petition times. Particularly, because Ukraine expedites will continue to be prioritized, filers from mid-2021 could be delayed even further.
