Confused by a question wording in the I-129F application/instruction document!

Hi everyone, I have a question regarding a question on the K1 Visa I-129F form, I feel like a bit of a dumb dumb asking this, I think that I probably actually just need to sleep and then it'll make sense, haha! I've spent too many hours staring at application forms, my eyes are square and so is my brain!

My question is regarding Part 2. Information About Your Beneficiary, Page 6, number 37 onward.

The question asks,

37. Has your beneficiary ever been in the United States?

- My answer is yes, I last visited my fiancee in 2019, and prior to that I came on a holiday in 2014.

Now, this is where I am confused, it then asks "If your beneficiary is currently in the United States, complete Item Numbers 38.a. - 38.h." - I am NOT currently in the United States, and I have not been since 2019, naturally, I would surely leave numbers 38.a. - 38.h. blank, right? The reason I am confused is because in the "Instructions for Petition for Alien Fiancé(e)" document, regarding these questions, it states "Provide the date of your beneficiary’s most recent entry in the United States" (I'll include the full paragraph below).

So my question is, would I leave this section blank as I am not currently IN the USA, or would I fill in the details from my most recent entry, in 2019?

Item Numbers 37. - 38.h. Form I-94 Arrival-Departure Record. Select the box to indicate whether your beneficiary has ever been in the United States. Provide the date of your beneficiary’s most recent entry in the United States, his or her I-94 Arrival-Departure Record Number, if available, and his or her immigration status at the time of arrival (for example, student, tourist, temporary worker, without inspection). Provide the expiration date and identification numbers on the I-94 or I-95 Arrival-Departure Records, travel documents, etc...
