Just resubmit the entire form with all pages.

That is automatically calculated on what you entered for the numbers of dependents, spouse, immigrant, etc.

You can always not fill out anything and just print the I-1864.  Then fill out all the fields, sign and date, and scan it.

Why not just send a new complete, signed, filled in form including blank pages??

Print it, use white-out to remove the incorrect entires....then use a black ink pen to fill in the form.

It is actually required to submit the entire form  including blank pages with signature page signed and dated. Or they'll reject it.

So just resubmit the entire form as asked.

I resubmitted the entire i-864 blank but I did sign and date page 8

A mostly blank I-864 would be useless.  You must submit a properly filled out AND signed I-864, with all pages in 1 file.

That will work, but when the form is properly completed using Adobe Reader, the household size properly populates on its own.  If you are having difficulties with fields, it's probably because you are typing in a browser or using a non-Adobe application to complete the form.
