I doubt the Natz Officer was “ nice “ enough to give you a copy of the I-407, but I appreciate his sensitivity and effort. Your ex won’t go to jail , USCIS won’t go after her, law enforcement will take a report but not act , and even if you initiated civil action, it’s a longggg road to handwriting experts that you would need to hire and a hefty retainer…

I would wait no more than 30 days for USCIS to either issue an I-72 /Request for Evidence or an Approval ..don’t want to get stuck in Review Mode when clearly there is only ONE issue: Did you abandon your residency ( w kids in the US, a business , bank accounts..and other factors clearly NO). Just those are enough to give you credibility for an immediate decision.
Divorces a can be dramatic and you know your ex well enough to understand her motivation. She knew you well enough to try and rattle you ( maybe you stayed out of US for a bit or have a new relationship).

You clearly met physical presence, good moral character and you have NOTHING to worry about…other than push USCIS for a speedy decision.

Honestly though.. Any time I travel outside the country the most I stayed out of USA is 21 days. I have debt , bank accounts a bussines bussines customers and of course my kids.. I don't owe any taxes no crime.. What makes Uscis that I want to give it up? While im still making a living here and meet up all requirements for citizenship?

That is exactly the factors USCIS needs to ( and will) consider . Hopefully after a Supervisor reviews your file you will get an Approval, which means they took your statement “ I-407 is fraudulent, I did not file it” at face value. Even if an I-72 Request for Evidence , it is the same argument that you will make …

They deal with many allegations by disgruntled exes, vigilante neighbors, co workers ..but I must say your ex did her homework on immigration forms! Relax , have a good laugh and Don’t Worry!

And I think you are an idiot but that doesn't change stuff

You can call me names all you want, it only proves that I am right.  When you are going through a divorce, there are a lot of things that go through your mind, and you act impulsely.  I can see that you signed that form cause you were mad and hurt, but when you began to think clearer, changed your mind, but forgot about the form was submitted.     It is easily to forget stuff while going through a divorce.

You can make that statement all you want,  the angrier you get still proves I am right.  What are you going to do when USCIS denies that it was fraud?   You do not have citizenship nor a GC.  So you can ignore what I stated, and focus on that with your attorney.

Malicious ex does tick all the boxes

Can not imagine you are the first
