Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed

Just had out interview for our AOS from our K-1 visa and it was fine bit a little odd. I was called into the officer's room while my wife was asked to remain in the waiting area. We then went over the i-485 and he just asked to confirm what I had written was still accurate. Only update that was made was to my employment status, as I am now employed through the EAD.

He then asked "Do you have any documentation for me?" I provided all USCIS stuff, birth certificates, supporting documentation of our relationship. After that he said "everything looks like it should be good, but I'll need to review everything before we can make a final decision. I can't guarantee you'll be approved, but it looks fine."

I asked if needed any info from my wife and he said "no, you did the K-1 so we know that you have a real relationship, so there's no real need to ask her. This is more of a formality." So I asked again, when we should expect to receive notice. He said "I'll try and get to it today, but if not early next week."

We left the office, and about 2 hours after the interview, we go an update on USCIS saying Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed.

Has anybody had a similar experience?

I'm on the same boat right now. He said he would review and do a background check after his interviews for the day and probably have a decision, but he also say I could expect a RFE. My interview was early in the morning. Probably the first one in his schedule.
