Email from USCIS - We have taken an action - But when I tried to login I am not receiving verification code

Hi Everyone,

 

Today morning, I got email fro USCIS saying that we have taken an action on your case (For my N-400). Now, I tried to login into my USCIS online account. But I am not receiving verification code on my email, not even in junk mails. so I can not login and check. 

 

Does anyone have experienced same ? I have posted this question here as many of us have already filed N-400.

Why don't you just try entering your case number on the case status link, without logging in.

I got an email and text this morning saying the case status was updated but when I checked the case status link and also logged in. There was no update.

For N-400, sometimes they request RFE online without changing case status and we have to take action online under case. 

So I really need access to that. I have requested help with customer service.

 

I also created new account but I cannot add this online application.
