HEllo

I got got latter from uscis few day back .it is writen that the decision

resulting in denial of forn 1- 485,leaves you with out lawful immigration status and you are now present in united states in violation of law.you are required to dapart the united states with in 30 days from date of this decision,or be subject to removel proceedings. Remaining in the united states beyond this time will also affect your ability to return to united states.i got this latter 3 days before my date of depature.becasue my wife kept this letter .my divored case is still pending .and my wife never told me date of interview. iwas also victim of domestic voilence.

what will happen i didn't go on according to uscis?

give me advise please ,what should i do next

If you don't go, you will be subject to deportation, and well, that will look really bad if you have any intention of coming back to the US later. I'm not exactly sure how deportation works, but I think you are given the choice to leave voluntarily. If you don't you will be forcefully removed and you will face a ban from reentry.

If your intention is to stay, you need to find a lawyer. It is possible to adjust status in domestic violence cases without your spouse, but its not easy to do. You wont be able to file to adjust status otherwise.
