did your guys mailed you DS-3025(vaccination record) receive RFE for vaccination supplement after yours cases were transfered to CSC?

I mailed my DS-3025 to the national benefits center, I did not mail the supplement vaccination(from the civil surgeon) and also didn't receive the RFE for the vaccination document(I-693A). I know that the difference between DS-3025 and I-693A is that DS-3025 was obtained from overseas but I-693A from civil surgeon.

my case was transfered to CSC on 3/23/06, did your guys transfered to CSC had ever receive the RFE for I-693A.

Is DS-3025 is enough evidence for vaccination document?

do I need make an appointment with the civil surgeon to obtain an I-693A form???

I think you should wait and see whether you will receive a RFE or not and then start worrying in case if you do From what I saw with people transferred to CSC it's different with everybody, sometimes people would get a RFE for vaccinations/medical and sometimes they wouldn't.

I agree with anastasia. I only sent in the DS3025 and had no RFE and no questions were asked at the AOS interview. Good Luck
