No. Am pure Osanca , fluent. Work related experience for my response but as @Jorgedigonce posted, just a stranger on the internet!
Get through as best you can, it’s a lot more challenging getting through the usual timelines when you are near a war zone. I know EOIR has stopped removal/ deportation to Romania due to the ongoing war …so I hope you post many questions and get lots of real time/ frontline responses from others as they post success/ challenge to current situation .

If I understand you correctly, you are saying US doesn't deport me back to Romania because of the dangers of the war, when I get there?

These are good ideas to ask about. Thanks!

Ref to EOIR was in no way meant for you to worry about or relevant to your own case or anticipate what it will be like when you enter on your K-1.
Let’s simplify, if you filed a good case, just wait for next notice from USCIS. If you have a previously filed K-1 , it’s important to post as you will get VJ responses specific to what you can anticipate

Buna ziua! I just filed the 1-130 last week for my husband. Almost the same timeline as you but we're already married so, different form. My husband is in Romania (Bistrita) and I lived there for 18 months with him before coming back to the US to start working and to get started on filing his petition. So far in my USCIS online portal it says a receipt has been sent but there have been no other updates (which I don't expect yet) so very similar to your situation. I too am nervous about the war in Ukraine but all we can do at this point is wait.

Petition Filed: 04/06/2022

NVC Documentality Qualified: 08/09/2023
NVC Scheduled appointment at Bucharest Embassy for 10/17/23

Hi, it might take longer for us because of it. We just received Notice of Action 1, glad to be having it worked on.

Meanwhile I found out Romania had given up restrictions for basically what was every country and now quarantine if you want to come in is no longer required so long as you test negative. So looking forward to some visits because we can actually get out of the house and do things together thanks to the change. Yay! Plus if I would travel to some other country I wouldn't be required to quarantine on return while dealing with the sudden separation.

I just came back from Romania in October. I went there in June 2020 after I was laid off from my job and it was not easy to get a flight, even with my marriage certificate. Our plan was that I would be the one living with my husband in Romania and he would work but life happens! Our savings ran out and I had to come back here to work. We made the decision for me to come back and work and file the petition for him to come here so that's what we did. I won't be able to visit him in Romania until after October because they gave me a 1 year ban for overstaying (that was a whole other issue).

But I'm glad you will be able to get some time with your partner while waiting on the process, that's very good news :)
