Fees when filing I-765 & I-131 with I-485

I've came across threads on this forum asserting that after October 2020 separate filing fees for the 3 forms in question are now required. The latest I-485 Instructions PDF, however, clearly says the following:

Filing Form I-485 with Forms I-765 and I-131
If you properly file Form I-485 and pay the required fees, you may file Form I-765 and Form I-131 without paying additional fees. You may file these forms together, or if you choose to file Form I-765 or Form I-131 separately, you must also submit a copy of your I-797C, Notice of Action, receipt as evidence that you filed and paid for Form I-485

If anyone recently filed can you please specify if this was an issue? Does this apply to biometric fees as well?

Always go with what official instructions say, not what someone somewhere said. The fee is waived for I765 and I131 when filing concurrently with I-485. You only pay one biometric fee.
