Hello. I am F-1 student and married to US citizen. Now I am about to submit I-485, I-130, I-131 and I-765 at the same time to Chicago USCIS. For the filling fee, do I just include checks for I-485 ($1225) and I-130 ($535)?

Or should I pay for I-765 ($410) and I-131 ($575) as well? I thought fee for I-131 will be waived if I do concurrent filling with I-485? How about I-765?

Thank you so much!

You need to send in checks/money orders or fill out the credit card authorization for paying a total of $1760 = $1225 for the I-485 (which includes the $85 biometrics fee) + $535 for the I-130.

Thank you so much for providing the details!!!

You're most welcome! Forgot to mention though: don't mix and match payment methods, i.e. If you want to use checks, use checks to pay the entire amount, same with money orders, and same with checks. Don't send checks to cover a part the $1760 and money order to cover the rest, or a mix of either check or money order and credit card for the rest. Any of these things will mean that the USCIS will reject your application straight away. Also, if sending a check/money order, like they say in the instructions, mention "U. S. Department of Homeland Security" in the payee name, and don't endorse the check on the reverse side. Just a note like "$1225 for I-485 + Biometrics fees" on the front side of the check or money order will be sufficient. Don't write anything on the reverse side if using a money order, and if you're unsure where to get a money order from, you can get it from either the USPS or from specific Walmart or CVS locations.
