Name change and oath ceremony delay

Will I have to do a name change? I already changed my name back to my maiden name during divorce just not on my other documents yet 

Basically, I got my GC through my ex husband and since then divorced. Do I have to go through a name change since I already reverted back to my maiden name and have the divorce decree showing that? 

I know name change usually delay oath ceremony since it has to be judicial.

Name change does not delay oath ceremony. Not in my case anyway.  It depends on the USCIS office.

If you want to keep your name as it currently is (legally speaking), you don’t have to go through a name change.  Like @Rocio0010 said, it’s optional.  Becoming a citizen, like getting married or divorced, is just one of those moments when changing a name is relatively painless and doesn’t involve (a lot of) paperwork and/or fees.  

I personally didn’t change my name when I became I citizen.  I did though when I got married.

changing a last name depends a lot on circumstances

i never changed mine with this marriage as it would mean notifying a lot of places from insurance companies to car and house title

and the mortgage says making a name change means refinancing and i am not into paying new closing costs

Your divorce is already a qualifying event for your last name change. I used the citizenship application name change to add a middle name for example. I never had one. You don't need to make use of it
