Hello Good people

I noticed that my sister doesnt meet the income after we used her as a joint sponsor to get our DQ.

1- I have a friend who works for the gov and she lives on California which is far from my state of residence , can I use her as our joint sponsor ?

2- How i can replace my new joint sponsor on CEAC before our interview , I will hit the botton '' add joint sponsor'' and upload my new joint sponsor docs ?

Thanks alot

1.  Yes, if she is qualified financially and if she is a US citizen or LPR.  She must also meet the other requirements such as having filed taxes for the last 3 years, etc.

2.  That is the proper procedure.

Any sponsor or joint sponsor must either have filed taxes for the last 3 years or he/she must explain why he/she was not REQUIRED to file taxes.

Any one please helps me to how add a new joint sponsor ?

You already have the information you need.  Call me a second opinion, if that's what you're asking for.

What is the reason your prospective new joint sponsor didn't file a tax return for 2019 and 2020?

Hello Sir

1- I just make sure how i can add my jew joint sponsor before the interview ( before the interview or during the interview ?) I need to select the botton add joint sponsor as i did for my old one one and upload her docs ?

2- My new joint sponsor have only a copy of her transcripts 2020/2019 due the backlog of the IRS  its will be little had to get an orginal ones , what do you think ?

3- I readed that during the interview the Consulate will ask only for most recent tax return 2021 so we already have her 2021 1040 form and the W2

The I-864 requires information from three tax years.  It seems you have that, and yes, only the latest tax return is required to be submitted.
