Hi,
I am a Spouse of US Permanent Resident (Green Card holder). My husband filed for the Spouse immigration visa. Our case was received at USCIS on January 2018 and sent to Department of State on August 2019 for Visa Processing. Our Immigrant Visa Case got Documentarily qualified on March 2020. All required applicant documents were approved since March 2020 also the email from NVC stated that now they will schedule my interview with ISL Embassy. Than Pandemic Covid-19 happens and we didn't receive any update from NVC for one whole year.

After an year in March 2021 we receive an update from NVC that our case for an immigrant visa is documentarily complete at the National Visa Center (NVC) and has been since March 2020 and your petition is awaiting for an interview appointment. It's been more than an year we're getting the same email after every 2 months (60 Days) Since March 2021.
It already takes 4.3 years till date. Can anyone please help how long it will still take to process for my immigrant visa (F21) ? Is there any step or action we need to take to expedite processing of our case ?

You need to file a writ of mandamus

You can always find someone who  has had to wait longer than normal.

2 to 3 months

Which consulate?  Many are still wading through the backlog created in March of 2020.

Writ of Mandamus is no guarantee of an approval, plus it is not standard to file it prior to an interview.  It will cost about $10k USD as well.

I don't know anyone besides me in person. If anyone is in same queue please share. Really appreciate your help.

If you fill out your timeline, you will get more specific feedback.  VJ is FULL of threads by people whose cases were delayed by COVID.

$4.5k seems the going rate for WoM

That is a very long wait
