NVC are now onto 7 April.. good luck this week to all April submitters!

Mmmmmh... so are we still at 75 days or 74 🤔

I'm thinking NVC has stabilized and it'll stay at 75 days over the summer.

I just submitted under additional documents. Hubby had work transfer from his company back to stateside and got his first US side paycheck (same company, just transfer showing from x-Canada to x-USA).   Fingers crossed it doesn't throw us back to the end of the line!   Im more nervous knowing that just uploading this can push us back considering we uploaded April 12th!  😬🤞

June 2022 IR1 - DQ

Aug 2022 IR2 - DQ

Oct 2022 - Interview

I did this before an RFE and I didn't get pushed back. That was in my case. I yesterday, I added another document on "additional". I uploaded a required document on May 11 so Im waiting for DQ maybe my the end of July

It's nerve-racking knowing what kind of gamble it is.  Either submit it and hope it doesn't get pushed back, or wait for an RFE then get stuck waiting at the end of the que for sure at that point.   🙏 🤞

What document did you have to load that was required?

We added a POLICE CLEARANCE certificate AND Proof of Employment AND  a statement about my husband's work situation and it didn't push us back... hopefully you will be reviewed by the end of the week... if not next Monday.

ETA: I wouldn't worry about being pushed back...

We submitted all the documents April, 3 2022. Realized this weekend the Korean PCC had a serious error so I had to obtain a new one. Resubmitted PCC in "other" section April 11, 2022.

Last week, it was taking 84 days. This week they state 82 days. Hopefully processing times will continue to decrease.

Good luck everyone!

Just curious, what was wrong with your Korean PCC? I got one from the government website (for immigration; ie the one that is described in the reciprocity website). Is this the correct form?

Is the beneficiary Korean or from another country?

I can only talk about the PCC for third country nationals.

I see. The beneficiary is Korean. I didn’t know the requirements were different?? The petitioner also got a Korean PCC a while ago for Canadian immigration and it was exactly the same.

Hello there,

April 10th document submission. Police certificate was rejected.

Got a message to upload police certificate from the right issuing authority. Not sure what this issue is as it is from the correct authority if I look on the NVC Reciprocity website for Canada.

@ClemsonC would you be willing to show me a copy of your accepted police certificate from Canada?
