Now I’m wondering if I should upload my divorce certificate and my husbands divorce certificate from our previous marriages too on my daughters ceac?

I saw in the IR1/CR1 RFE megathread someone saying they got an RFE because they did not upload marriage and divorce certificate in their daugther application, so definitely it would be good if you upload it! just in case to avoid more delays. it does make sense though, if they ask for the marriage certificate, to also add the divorce stuff.

Everything that you uploaded in USCIS, you should also upload in NVC. I uploaded my divorce decree 40 days after uploading the required documents and it did not push me back. I did get RFE but is was because they wanted another type of Birth certificate called " Folio of Birth".

Hi all!

I re-uploaded & submitted my police certificate in CEAC and added a note/comment with it. However I just noticed that the submission date isn't June 22nd, the day I replaced the document. It's shows April 8th, which is the date I originally uploaded the first time. Is this normal?

It is normal, the date of your very first submission is always the one you see in CEAC. You have to manually keep track of any further upload dates.

Maybe if you put it under other, with a note?

So I just uploaded the FE for my marriage certificate in my daughters CEAC. Since there's no option to upload required civil documents, I added it under additional documents for civil documents.  Is that what you're supposed to do? It shows todays date as date of submission for it

Just got DQ on my IR1.    I submitted the marriage certificate on my Childs ir2 right after I got the email  and FE yesterday evening. Her front page says all documents and civil documents were Accepted, but I haven't got the DQ note. Im assuming were in for another 75 days for hers, or if a miracle happens they will see that the document was uploaded an hour later.

I wonder how this will work at the consulate to keep us together for our interviews considering were flying in for them.

Submitted on 23rd April.

Received RFE last night, rejecting my divorce decree absolute saying it was not issued by correct body - It is the correct document I received when divorce was finalised here in UK.

Devastated.

We can be devastated together and wait again. Hugs
