DS-260 Review note error/problem

Hi, I am currently at the NVC stage and have paid the fees weeks ago. I have been collecting and uploading documents, haven't pressed submit yet.

Suddenly just got a message "NVC cannot review your submitted documents until we have received all of the required documents DS-260, Civil Documents and Financial Documents. Once these documents have been submitted, we will review your case. Please follow your CEAC Home page and https://nvc.state.gov."

It is showing the IV fee being not paid again, but I looked on my bank statements and I definitely paid.

Is this an error or did I do something wrong and need to pay again? I have tried to email NVC and they take weeks to answer, and I do not live in the US so cannot call.

no,   u paid it and it will show as paid soon

u can't call but u can email with an attachment showing paid on bank statement

BTW there are 2 fees / and u do not mention the AOS fee is paid

I paid both fees weeks ago and it was marked as paid until now, and now the option to pay is available again. Thank you for the advice though, I will do that.
