We received an email this morning that our application is being sent to the Argentina Embassy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Wooohoooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Updating our timeline for those of you behind us in the process you have an idea of how things are moving at the NVC

i just called them today and they said that they do not have our case yet  although it’s been a little bit over 3 weeks since NOA2

Super dumb question… but what phase do I fill out the I-134. Sorry if this has been answered

Beneficiary needs to bring the I-134 to the embassy for the interview My petitioner wrote it for me on February when he was visiting me, and now I am little worried about having the old edition. It SHOULD be okay to use till June 22nd, but I have heard the embassy sometimes rejects the old form EVEN USCIS webpage indicates it to be okay to use. We are also still waiting out case number from NVC and not sure if we manage to set the interview date before June.

Our case also send to Warsaw embassy today, but I heard the available interviews dates are in November and that sucks

I think we will have our interview prior to June but not taking any chances, filling out the new form

We are having the medical tomorrow. I was able to book it even we have not gotten case number from the NVC.

 

I wasnt prepared the medical being that expesive. It is about 1500euros from me as K1 and two K2 Hoping all to go smoothly with the medical!

It’s not you need the interview letter to book medical examination?

I heard from another K1 applicant from my country that we can go to medical before that in our country. I called the hospital and they said it is okay to go because we are using DS-160 with K1 and not DS-260.

I think you can only submit the DS160 form after your case is transferred to the embassy and pay the fees, some people said Warsaw embassy will cancel your appointment if you schedule the interview appointment before your case arrives in the embassy

I have not booked the interview yet, nor I have filled the DS-160. I only have the medical check and it is valid for 6 months. I was told I don't need the DS-160 or the interview date for the medical.

Moscow need both interviews letter and case number, the clinic supposed to mail the examination results to the embassy, if no interviews letter or case number, how they identify who the results are for?
