Is this for the interview?
Take what you submitted for your evidence plus chats and additional pictures if you had any more visits.

at the interview my fiancé was only asked for our chats, engagement photos, and additional photos since we did have additional trips after we submitted the k1 they had everything else during the interview that was initially submitted.

Yes this is for the interview he will be attending. We have been together since 2018. I'm finding it hard to know how many chats to have, we have too many messages to go through. I have heard the interviews don't last long either, and I don't want to take up too much of their time. We haven't seen each other since he last came here and we applied for the k-1 after, so I assume it would just be chats and other stuff along those lines. For already submitted evidence, would that be stuff like our I-129F evidence? Would chats maybe every few months and on holidays be good? We already got the financial part approved so all we need is proof of our relationship luckily. I might write a document from me about our relationship just so they have some info about how we met and whatnot.

Our attorney suggested we just get a few chats from each month just to have proof that we have kept communication. And this was a question he was asked (they asked him how much we communicate and how do we communicate) and then they asked for those chats. So I am glad we did do what the attorney suggested. Correct just take what was already submitted like for our case we had already submitted how we had met, our traveling history plane tickets etc. We just printed all of it out again just in case they asked for it. But they did not.

Does anyone understand what this means? Just that I-131, I-765 and I-485 are all filed separately?

No.  It means that there is now a lower chance that USCIS will issue combo EAD/AP cards as they will prioritize EAD processing over AP.  As this is off-topic for this K1 tracking thread, check this other thread for further discussion -- https://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/780556-the-demise-of-the-eadap-combo-card-merged-threads/

We went in the day after Marisa arrived, 2 weeks later she had her card

I also ended up doing this. Applied online my second day and then went to my local social security office on day 5 (I was out of town until this point). Took my I-94 and passport with me and I received a receipt that I will get my SSN in the mail in about two weeks.

Hi everyone! Has anyone's approved petition also been lost by the USCIS after NOA2? We were approved on April 13th 2022 (NOA2) BUT our approved petition never made it to the NVC. It has been 3 months of tirelessly trying to have both NVC and USCIS find our paperwork but it has led absolutely nowhere. Please, if anyone is dealing with the same issue - let me know. We received different suggestions on what to do next - from contacting the ombudsman to sending our local congressman a letter but we were curious if we are the only ones experiencing this awful nightmare.

We got approved, but they aren't sending his passport out. I don't understand why. It's been a week, I read online it only takes a day or two. I'm getting really sick of this. Once they process it they are supposed to mail it out, but I keep checking the tracking number and nothing is popping up. I emailed them and they said basically, "sorry we don't know how long it takes". Ugh.

What's the CEAC case status?

It says "Issued. Your Visa is in final processing. If you haven't received it in 10 working days, please see the web page for contact information of the consulate or embassy where you submitted your information. "

Check your case status, but don’t get too excited, our visa took about 3 weeks for het to pick it up from the day we showed case approval.  We opted to pick hers up, maybe it wasn’t an option there

Yeah I figured it would take longer. They told my fiance he would probably get it in a week though, and our interview was the 7th. It's just confusing for us I suppose

Does Issued mean it has been mailed, or is that a different status message? I noticed it said it was last updated on September 9, case created on September 7 (when our interview was).
