I was able to pay the fee and schedule our appointment for February at the Warsaw consulate, though I haven't received our NVC case number yet.

Hopefully Warsaw will not cancel your booking.  The consulate has been known to cancel interviews of K1 applicants who booked before they were instructed by the consulate to do so.

I only did it after 5 weeks since our NOA2 date and not hearing back from NVC(I contacted them through their Public Inquiry tool). The more I wait the further appointment date there will be. I was also advised to do so by other fellow members in this forum, who already went to their interview. So hopefully I will hear back from NVC before February :D

I finally got the notification that we can schedule the appointment!! But now they won't let us? We paid the fee a few hours ago and now it says that after paying we must wait for the consulate to approve it, again?.. what now?

You don't pay the fee until the interview at the nz consulate.  Unless things have changed

To schedule an appointment it said we had to pay first. Now it says this. Your request to schedule an appointment has been received and will be reviewed. You'll receive an email once your request is approved.

Does anyone know how long it takes to hear back?

You can get the SSN number immediately with the visa.  I have the AOS and work authorization papers ready, getting married next Friday, filing Monday.   It difficult basically same questions you have already fed for K-1 and embassy DS

congrats on your upcoming wedding! i might be coming to you with questions about the paperwork and evidence 😂. i saw you should wait like 2 weeks for the social security SAVE system to be up to date - is that how long you waited?

What sort of evidence can I prove my fiance and I have a valid relationship? We have been together since 2018 so we have more than 800k messages to sift through. Would screenshots of games we play together, texts/emails, and pictures of gifts he has sent me good? I sent him some letters so he is gonna photocopy them. Anyone have any ideas/suggestions?

Is this for the interview?
Take what you submitted for your evidence plus chats and additional pictures if you had any more visits.

at the interview my fiancé was only asked for our chats, engagement photos, and additional photos since we did have additional trips after we submitted the k1 they had everything else during the interview that was initially submitted.
