If the intending immigrant is one of your 2 dependent children, then enter only 1 dependent child.  Husband, wife and two children is a household of 4.  Your dependents and spouse numbers are entered under the heading "persons NOT sponsored in this affidavit".

Your household is 5.  3 children, you, and your spouse.  So you, one sponsored immigrant, one spouse, and two dependent children.

No, you will find a "Joint Sponsor".  Good luck.  Barely qualifying is no assurance of success anyway.
