Right OK, I will get in touch with them and keep you guys posted. I am finishing up exams and will be traveling within a few days, so please be patient, I will do my best to give regular updates if I manage to get this working again.

Does USCIS respond to us directly after the congressman enquiry? Is it through email or regular mail?

In my experience, nothing happens. No email, no approval, nothing.

Just visited my fiancé, again... with no response from USCIS. We expected to celebrate our application during this visit. We are very tired, the time apart is hard, and we are confused.
 

But we maintain our commitment.

There is only 4% of April filers who still waiting so you should get approved this month or during August🙏🏻

Update, we were approved on the 18th. We are happy and breathing easier. What a crazy emotional roller coaster. I wouldn't wish this kind of torture on my enemies.  

 

I stand by my statement they should not make others wait so much longer. So many people are hurting and it feels endless
