Yes they have just sorted it 3 months ago and had 2 approvals I am just expecting alot of questions and possible administrative processing while the o1 is in the background

O1 is denied for lack of evidence of "special skills and/or education and experience"

did the lawyer file the instructions for O1 as the employer probably will need to hire someone else if job is to start in 45 days or less

it is and lawyer is poorly informed / if he is a corporate lawyer , he should have consulted with an US immigration firm
