Wife lost her PR card in Jordan

My wife can't find her PR card. Her flight is coming back to the states in 29 days. We filed form I751 to remove her conditions last year. USCIS sent us form I797-Notice of Action back, extending her status for 18 months. She has the form with her and Jordanian passport. After researching her situation, I may need to apply for a boarding foil (form I-131a). When I try to make the payment online, it won't take her A number. I am starting to think she may not need to file any form and can enter with her passport and form I797 but I am probably wrong. I can't make the payment as it won't let me so how can I proceed? Please guide me and thanks to all replies.

My read of https://www.cbp.gov/sites/default/files/assets/documents/2019-Mar/2019 Carrier Information Guide - ENGLISH.pdf is that her passport and I-797 won’t be enough to let her board.

Are you entering all 9 digits of her A number?

One thought is that USCIS.gov has been partially functional on weekends for several months now.  You might have better luck on Monday USA time.

I agree with @Mike E.  She will never be allowed to board the plane with just her passport and Extension letter.  I think your A-number format is wrong. A leading zero (or lack thereof) might be the problem.

Why are you paying for Advanced Parole?

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

I don't understand. My wife lost her PR card and she's in Jordan. We filed to have her conditions removed.  She has her notice of action letter with her. She needs a boarding foil to travel back....What do you mean?

You needed to file I-90 not I-131. Did you do this on your own or lawyer?

1. Did she lose GC after or before filing I-751.

2. Upon filing I-751, did she get the 24 months extension?

Her extension was approved for 18 months and she has the form with her. Her visa is in good standing but she can't find her PR card. She's in Jordan so she needs a boarding foil is what I heard....

You didn't answer any of my questions.

I-131 approvals are taking 8 months...additionally, you needed to file I-90, not I-131..

You can file I-90 online, get receipt in the online account under "documents  tab" within 24 hours, email her the receipt. She will then use that + the 18 months extension to board. Problem solved within 24 hours

Oh wow I was so happy after reading this. This will save me so much time and now I don't have to delay her flight. Are you certain that they will allow to board her flight from Jordan with only a receipt. How does that prove her status? Thank you so much. You literally saved me from this problem.

Very certain.

It shows she lost her GC and filed for replacement..You will only get the receipt...the GC may or may not be replaced by the time the I-751 interview comes (depending on how quick or slow it takes for her to get scheduled).

Regardless, USCIS will ask you for that old GC down the road. I do believe you cannot get I-751 without it. So, eitherway, you'll need it replaced prior to intwrview or have that I-90 receipt to show you asked for a replacement.

So instead of her GC, which she lost, all she needs is that receipt and her notice of action. How do I get the receipt. Does it come by mail or email ?
